At Molly Morgan Wines, we bring together single vineyard wines, warm hospitality, and a cellar door experience that feels personal, relaxed, and memorable. Set in the vineyard located in Lovedale, Hunter Valley, we welcome guests to slow down, connect, and enjoy wine in a setting that celebrates good wine and good company.
We are now looking for Casual Cellar Door & Events Staff to join our team and help bring our cellar door and events to life.
This is a hands on, people focused role where no two days look the same. You will be part of both our cellar door experience and events, helping create moments guests remember long after they leave.
You will:
• Host cellar door tastings and guide guests through our single vineyard wines
• Share the story of Molly Morgan Wines and the Lovedale vineyard in a genuine and engaging way
• Assist with event setup, service, and pack down for events and functions
• Recommend wines, including our cellar door cheese board pairings
• Process sales and manage basic point of sale transactions
• Help maintain a welcoming, clean, and well presented cellar door space
• Work closely with a small, supportive team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life
• Is reliable, adaptable, and happy to work weekends and events
• Has a genuine interest in wine, food, and experiences
• Brings a positive, calm, and professional presence.
