These grapes have been handpicked, pressed, and left for five months in French Oak on lees. The result? Our exquisite Chardonnay! Ripe lemon citrus, warm climate Chardonnay characteristics of melon and apricot, and a well-rounded body complemented by stable citrus and subtle biscuit and pastry notes from the lees work. A perfect food pairing white for your favourite cheeses with bite or a seared barramundi fillet.
