EXPERIENCE AND HOSPITALITY MANAGER

Originally from the Sutherland Shire, his passion for wine began as a personal interest while studying musical theatre then into his near-15 year long career in NSW Health. Most of that time spent with NSW Ambulance as a Dispatcher, playing a critical role behind the scenes, supporting frontline responses through major events such as COVID-19, bushfires, and floods.

It was the pandemic that sparked a deeper curiosity, leading Corey to formally study wine. What began as education soon evolved into hosting relaxed tastings for friends, where he discovered a genuine passion for sharing knowledge—demystifying wine and helping others freely discover what’s in their glass.

In 2024, Corey and his wife made a life-changing move from Sydney to the Hunter Valley. Embracing a new direction, he stepped away from the health sector and into the wine industry, gaining hands-on experience at a cellar door. There, he developed a well-rounded understanding of winery operations, contributed to two vintages, and even launched a small wine label with a friend.

Corey joined Molly Morgan Wines with the goal of being part of something from the ground up. Drawn to the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a passionate, close-knit team, he is excited to help grow the brand while continuing to share his enthusiasm for wine with everyone.
