Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly sent. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us if there is a problem. 

Damaged or Faulty Items 

If your wine arrives damaged or you suspect it’s not quite right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@mmwine.au. Sending a photo and a few details helps us understand the issue. We’ll happily review your claim and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. 

Change of Mind 

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering mistakes. Thanks so much for your understanding. 

Shipping Issues 

If your order doesn’t arrive or gets lost along the way, please reach out to us right away. We’ll do everything we can to help sort it out quickly.
