Shipping Policy 

At Molly Morgan Wines, we do our best to get your wine to you safely and promptly. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship. 

Where We Ship 

We currently ship across Australia. Due to liquor licensing laws, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Wine must be delivered to a physical address. 

Delivery Times 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location: 

  • NSW, ACT, VIC & QLD metro areas: 2–5 business days approx. 
  • Regional areas and other states: 5–10 business days approx. 
  • Remote areas: May take a little longer 

You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way. 

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If no one is home, you may choose to give authority to leave the wine in a safe place at checkout. By doing so, you confirm someone 18 or older will receive the delivery, or that it's safe to leave unattended out of view and reach of minors. 

If ATL is not provided and no one is available, a card will be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup. 

Damaged Deliveries

We take great care with packaging, but if your wine arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at sales@mmwines.au with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit as appropriate. 

Shipping Costs 

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. From time to time, we may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions - keep an eye out!
