The Lovedale Loop is a curated wine trail, where the Molly Morgan Wheels Shuttle will transport you to four of Lovedale's most popular wineries in a hop-on-hop-off style setting.

1. BOOK YOUR SPOT: Book your spot and let us know your Lovedale accommodation pick up point and preferred time! Not staying in Lovedale? Contact us and we'll do out best to accommodate your pick up location.
2. PICK UP: On the day of your booking, please make sure you are ready
   and waiting outside your accommodation at your booking time.
3. WINE YOUR WAY THROUGH LOVEDALE: Please note that pick up times may slightly vary due to availability and we will call to let you know if there are any delays. We'll transport you to each destination, where you'll spend 45 minutes enjoying a relaxed tasting at some of the best wineries in Lovedale. Stay on schedule, or stay a little longer if you'd like - just let us know!
4. DROP OFF: At the end of the day, we'll drop you back to your
   accommodation where you can wind down after a great day out in Lovedale.

Yes, the Molly Morgan Wheels Shuttle does require bookings in advance to operate.

Unfortunately, we do not offer same day bookings, so please book your experience in advance, here.

Molly Morgan Wheels costs $30 per passenger. The cost includes pick up and drop off to your Lovedale accommodation and transport to each stop on the Lovedale Loop.

The fee does not include the cost of your wine tastings or lunch, this will be paid by guests directly to each venue.

Molly Morgan Wheels operates on Saturdays from 10am - 5pm, transporting guests on the Lovedale Loop Wine Trail.

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your experience, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your booking date. Failure to cancel prior to this timeframe will result in a forfeit of the booking fee.

If you cancel your experience with more than 48 hours notice, you will receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, our vehicle is not equipped with wheelchair accessibility. We understand the importance of accessible transportation and are actively exploring options to better serve all of our customers in the future.

If you have specific mobility needs, please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate or recommend alternative arrangements where possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take your pets on this experience, with the exception of service dogs.

Children over the age of 8 years old are welcome to accompany you on Molly Morgan's Wheels.

Our vehicle has 6 seats available to transport you and your group.

To ensure a relaxed, personal experience, group bookings are limited to 6 people.

Our shuttle services is a shared experiences unless a single group books all 6 seats. If your group doesn’t fill the van, there may be other passengers joining the tour. If you're interested in a fully private experience, feel free to contact us to check availability or discuss private booking options.

Molly Morgan Wheels runs between 10am and 5pm on Saturdays based
on demand. To experience all four vineyards, we recommend allowing at least four hours. If you’re short on time, we’ll arrange to bring you back when you’re ready. For requests outside these times, just give us a call and we’ll do our best to make it work.

The Molly Morgan Wheels Shuttle service includes pick up and drop off at your Lovedale Accommodation. At the time of booking, please let us know the name of your accommodation so we know where to collect you.

If you require pick up from a location outside Lovedale, please contact us prior to your booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, to ensure we stay on schedule for the day, we can't always guarantee that this will be possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to consider any pick up requests from locations outside of the Hunter Valley.

The Lovedale Loop Wine Trail was curated to allow you to enjoy a relaxed day, visiting four of Lovedale's most popular wineries.

To ensure you enjoy a great day and aren't rushed, our shuttle doesn't stop at any other wineries, other than those listed on our schedule.

The fee for the Molly Morgan Wheels Shuttle does not include the cost of your wine tastings or lunch, this will need to be paid by guests directly to each venue.

We’re committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all our guests. To ensure everyone has a great experience, the following behaviours are strictly not permitted on Molly Morgan Wheels:

• Excessive intoxication
• Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour
• Offensive or inappropriate conduct
• Vandalism or damage to property
• Alcohol consumption
• Smoking or vaping
• Ignoring staff instructions
  

Any breach of this behaviour policy may result in immediate removal from the shuttle or premises without refund.

To maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for all guests, a cleaning or repair fee may be charged in the event of damage or excessive mess caused by a guest while using the shuttle service.

We may charge you a fee at our discretion based on the cleaning or repair costs that we incur.

Situations that may result in a fee include (but are not limited to):

• Spills of food, drink, or other substances requiring professional cleaning
  
• Vomiting or other biohazards (an automatic cleaning fee will apply)
  
• Damage to seats, upholstery, windows, or other parts of the vehicle
  
• Excessive rubbish or untidiness beyond normal use
  
• Graffiti, vandalism, or intentional damage
  

Fees vary depending on the severity and cost of cleaning or repairs.
