Delicate, pale pink hue.

Nose

Inviting & Complex nose: Berry dominant, fruit forward, floral, slight candied apple.

Palate

Well balanced between acid and tannin across the whole palate, gentle red berries, complex layers of fruit and soft cream, nice length and a soft finish.

Nearly missed it out but came back the next morning. Glad we did!

When I go to a wine tasting - I like to try good wines. But more importantly - I want a good experience. At Molly Morgan I got good and great wines and a GREAT experience. The view from the tasting room is overlooking the vines. Importantly - Cory was the perfect host. A mix of information about MM and himself and the partners and the wine making style all added to the flavour of the wines we tasted. We had some mutual acquaintances in the valley and the conversation flowed. I bought a six pack and would loved to have got more (I'll be keeping it in mind). I work at Two Figs Winery in The Shoalhaven as a casual Cellar Door Host and I learnt a thing or two from Cory. Next time we are in The Hunter. MM will be first on our list.

There's been a lot of Sparkling Roses out there of late. This is one of THE best.

I have to say that this is what Sparkling Rose should be. I'm over the overly fruity - mass produced styles - that seem to be made from leftover fruit or strange grape varieties. Give me a Shiraz Rose anytime. Give me this one!

My style of Chardonnay. I love them full bodied & rich and this one ticks all the boxes. Stone fruit and Melon with a Citrus twist. And perfectly integrated oak. I LOVED it.

I'm waiting for a certain friend to come for dinner so I can delight him with this beauty. Medium bodied with Dark fruits and a touch of Spice. It's aged well in the bottle and the tannins are subtle. I really enjoyed the mouthfeel and the slightly savoury finish. YUM.
