True to its Hunter Valley roots, this medium-bodied Shiraz has a little more depth than its predecessor. Dark plum and blackberry lead the nose, supported by gentle spice, fine oak, and a savoury, earthy undertone.
The palate is smooth and structured, with soft tannins and a lingering finish. Quietly expressive, this wine pairs well with slow-cooked meats or a cool evening by the fire.
